convenient location friendly staff quick walk moist room limited option cold aircon
i found the location excellent, a quick walk to the mtr station is great. the website feature to order extra towels was convenient. i also appreciated the friendly staff.
i found that the room felt really moist. the aircon was a little too cold. the breakfast had limited warm food options

drinking water dispenser convenient location efficient room service comfortable bath robe
my room had a dispenser for drinking water, which i found really useful. the location was excellent with the mtr station right outside the hotel (very convenient). i also appreciated the quick and efficient room service. the bath robe was indeed very comfortable.
the window design provided limited privacy at night due to visibility from neighboring buildings, though this was a minor issue.
